What is a Dictionary?
•
Dictionary is used to register different environment variables for each development environment of BizUnit.
Manage Dictionary Groups
•
A dictionary can be created immediately without group connection, and if the number of dictionaries increases in the future, a group can be created and managed for management purposes.
1) Create Dictionary Group
•
Create Dictionary Group Click the + button at the top left of the Dictionary page, then create a Dictionary Group by writing the name of the Dictionary Group.
2) Management of Dictionary Group
•
After selecting a Dictionary Group, edit and delete the information in the Dictionary Group using the function button at the top right.
•
Deletion of Dictionary Group is activated when there is no registered Dictionary.
Dictionary management
•
You can quickly create and manage a Dictionary from the first screen of the Dictionary.
1) Create Dictionary
•
Click the + Create Dictionary button in the upper right corner and enter the Dictionary information to create a Dictionary.
•
The initial value of Group is No Group, and when a Dictionary is created after selecting a specific Group, the Group is applied in advance.
•
In the Value field, enter a value according to the development environment.
2) Dictionary List
•
If you create a Dictionary, you can check the history created as a list as shown below.

2 | Specify the number of Dictionaries that can be viewed on a single page: 10, 30, and 50. |
3 | Sort the Dictionary List by Name and Created. |
4 | Select Dictionary object name to view and edit details.
- It is the same function as Edit of the function button. |
5 | You can check the number of BizUnit Revisions currently connected and select it to view detailed information.
-It is the same function as Revision Used of the function button. |
If the Dictionary is connected with BizUnit, the Dictionary Group cannot be modified. To edit Dictionary Group, please disconnect from BizUnit before proceeding.
3) View and edit Dictionary details

View and edit dictionary information in detail with Edit on the function button
•
Check the list of BizUnits the dictionary is using with Revision Used on the function button.

After registering the Dictionary block in BizUnit, it is reflected at the time of save
◦
If you click Revision Name, you will be connected to the relevant BizUnit.
4) Delete Dictionary
•
Delete the dictionary with Delete on the function button.
•
When Revision Used is 1 or higher, a notification page is displayed.
Adding and Editing Dictionary in Bizunit
•
Unlike Credential, Dictionary can be registered as a Block without a separate App connection.
•
Choose the Block > Helper > Dictionary block.
•
After selecting [Add] Dictionary in the selection box, find the desired Dictionary in the pop-up page and add it.
•
After connection, the connected Dictionary is displayed in the select box, and you can change the Dictionary with [Change] Dictionary or disconnect the connection with [Remove] Dictionary.
