This document describes account-related menus such as My Page and Manage Account.

Go to account management page
•
After logging in to the studio, click the icon in the upper right corner to go to the account related page.
•
Manage Account is exposed only to accounts with Administrator permission.
My Page
1) My info
•
Check information related to your MyPage account.
Function | Explanation |
Product | This is the version information of the SyncTree currently being used. |
ID | The ID of the account you are currently accessing. |
Grade | The user grade of the account you are currently accessing. Grade is divided into Root, User, and Guest. |
Name | The name of the account you are currently accessing. |
Account | The unique number you issue to your account, consisting of 10 digits. |
2) Account Security
•
Modify PW with the Change button.
3) Linked accounts
•
Link your SyncTree account to your Google account with 'Continue with Google'.
•
After connection, it can bd disconnect with ‘Disconnect’.
Manage Accounts (For users with IAM permissions only)
•
This menu is a page exposed only to users with Admin privileges in the Permission List, including the Root account.
1) About page menu
Function | Explanation |
Grade | The grade of each account is divided into Root, User, and Guest. |
Permission Group | Specify and modify permission groups for each account.
- Root accounts have all the permissions, so you cannot modify the permission group. |
Permission List | Modify the permissions of each account.
- The Root account has full permissions and cannot be modified. |
Name | ID of the account. |
Expire Date | The expiration date of the account that applies to the Guest account. |
Delete Account | A Button to delete Account. |
Reset Password | A Button to reset Account Password button. |
Login Link | A button to go to the login page for that account. |
2) Assign the account's permission group
•
Permission Groups are grant predefined permissions according to the group.
•
Permission groups are divided into Administrator, Developer, and None.

[Permission List]
- IAM : You can manage User, Guest account grade and Group, and if you have permission, you can enter the Manage Accounts page.
- App : Permission to create, edit, and delete apps
- BizUnit : Permission to create, modify, and delete BizUnit
- Build : Permission to decide whether to proceed with the build of Revision
- Deploy : Revision operation (Copy / Push) permissions for each environment in BizUnit, Both the sender and receiver must have permission to perform the operation.
(Example: Dev & Stage || Stage & Production || Dev & Feature || Production & hotfix || However, for hotfix, even if only one of production and dev has permission, it will push to both. Refer to SyncTree development environment configuration.)
- Trail : Permission to check the Trail page.
- Block Store : Permission to subscribe and download block packages from the Block Store.
3) Specify detailed permission for your account

Detailed permission for individual accounts can be specified through the Permission List.
•
Permission List is the right to grant the currently specified permission, Lists to grant access.
•
Each permission can be granted by distinguishing CRUD (Create-Read-Update-Delete) for each function.
4) Check Account's permission
•
Check the permission details of the current account in the My Account menu
•
The permission you have can be checked by group, and if you do not have permission, a 'no authorization’ message is displayed.
Create new user
•
A new user is created in the page that appears by clicking the + New Account button.
•
The grades of users that can be created are User and Guest.
•
The Guest can specify the expiration date for the account.
The menu for creating new users is provided in a limited way, depending on how the solution is supplied.
