This document describes how to create DB Storage information and add it to BizUnit.

Storage Group Management
•
DB Storage can be created directly without group connection.
1) Create Storage Group
•
After clicking the + button at the top left of the DB Storage page, create a Storage Group by writing the name of the Storage Group.
2) Management of Storage Groups
•
Select Storage Group and modify and delete the information in the Storage Group through the Features button at the top right.
•
If there is a connected App, the Connected App List is exposed, and you can easily disconnect it.
Storage Management
•
Create and manage storage quickly on the first screen of DB Storage.
1) Create Storage
•
Click the + Create Storage button in the upper right corner and enter storage information to create a Storage.
•
The initial value of Group is No Group, and when a Storage is created after selecting a specific Group, the Group is applied in advance.
•
Select DB Type. Supported DB types are MySQL, MSSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
•
After entering the information, verify that the connection is successful with the Connection Test button.
•
Input fields are configured differently depending on the DB Type.
2) Storage List
•
When you create a storage, you can check the created history as a list as shown below.

1 | You can search by storage name and description, and you can search by selecting only the DB Type you want with Select DB Types. |
2 | Specify the number of storage that can be viewed on a single page, 10, 30, or 50. |
3 | Sort the Storage List by Name, Created. |
4 | Select the Storage object name to view and edit details.
- It is the same function as Edit of the function button. |
5 | You can check the number of currently connected BizUnit Revisions, select to view detailed information
- It is the same function as Revision Used of the function button. |
3) View and edit storage details
•
View and edit storage information in detail with Edit on the function button
•
Check the list of BizUnits that the storage is using with Revision Used on the function button.

After registering the storage block in BizUnit, it is reflected at the time of save.

Click the Revision Name item to connect to the corresponding BizUnit.
4) Delete Storage
•
Delete the storage with Delete on the function button.
•
If Revision Used is greater than or equal to 1, the notification window is exposed.
Add and edit Storage to Bizunit
•
Storage can be registered as a block without a separate app connection like the Dictionary.
•
Choose Block > Helper > DB Storage Block.
•
Select [Add] Storage in the select box, then find and add the desired Storage in the pop-up window.
•
After connection, the connected storage is displayed in the select box, and you can change the storage with [Change] Storage and disconnect the connection with [Remove] Storage.
